What to expect


your first visit

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check-in and complete paperwork. The initial evaluation will usually last about 1 hour. Follow-up appointments are generally 50 to 60 minutes.


What to Bring

Loose, comfortable clothes: T-shirt or tank top, sports bra, shorts, best pair of running shoes and your typical daily footwear. We have places for your to change and store your everyday clothes or bags.

Ball Sports Performance and Physical Therapy is in the process of becoming contracted with most of the major insurance companies and will be glad to answer any questions you may have about your benefits. As a courtesy to you, we will provide a detailed insurance verification and help explain your physical therapy benefits prior to your first visit. In addition to insurance benefits, we offer discounted, self-pay programs for patients who qualify, to ensure everyone requiring physical therapy has access to medically necessary treatments. If you do not see your carrier below or if you need specific information about our billing process do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.
